I created this web site to pull together the various details and background regarding my experience as an information technology professional. Over the past 7 years I have worked in various roles within IT and I continue to learn and grow on a daily basis.
I began my professional experience working as a help desk analyst. Eventually as my skills grew I transitioned into desktop support and took on more complex technical troubleshooting and repair responsibilities. After proving my technical abilities, I moved on to network and systems administration where I implemented secure solutions across multiple networks and platforms. And today I now manage my own small team of help desk gurus.
Each of the unique environments I have worked in have brought challenges and opportunities that have allowed me to build a dynamic tool box which equips me with the resources I need to solve problems. I carry this tool box with me wherever I go. And whether I'm facing a technical problem, a personnel issue, or even one of life's many challenges, I'm continually surprised by how the fundamentals of critical thinking always seem to come through for me.
